4 x 4 x 6' post size in primed cedar.
MAILBOX POST INSTALLATION RECOMMENDATIONS
- Please follow US Postal Regulations when burying your mailbox post. (Different with each city, state.)
- Your post is pre-drilled for the bracket (this supports the newspaper chute.)
- To install the newspaper chute, use an outdoor wood adhesive to secure the chute to the post. For added support, use "L" brackets underneath the chute and screw them into place.
- Your mailbox will sit on top of the newspaper chuet. (Deckway does not supply the mailbox.)
- To install the post cap, you may use either an outdoor wood adhesive or nail the cap to the post.
